Shared rules for a pleasant practice at studio Monopole

  1. 01

    Make-up classes

    Make-up classes follow clear rules, without exceptions. They are possible only:

    • at mobility (Monday at 17:45),
    • at functional training (Thursday at 20:15).

    To be eligible for a make-up class, you must report your absence by email at least 24 hours before the class starts. If the absence is not reported in time, a make-up class is not possible and no reply will be sent. Reporting absences in person, via Instagram or SMS is not valid. Absences are reported exclusively to the official studio Monopole email.

    Children in the studio

    Please understand that children should not be brought to adult classes. Their presence can make learning harder — for the mother as well as the other participants and the instructor, since training requires focus, moving around the space and working with equipment.

    We also kindly note that we unfortunately cannot guarantee a child’s safety in the studio, so this rule exists purely for safety, everyone’s well-being and undisturbed training.

  3. 03

    Switching to another group

    All group changes must be reported by email no later than the last day of the month to switch groups the following month. Otherwise the change is not possible that month, only the month after.

  4. 04

    Cancelling membership and direct debit

    Every cancellation must be reported via our email by the last day of the month, otherwise the full monthly fee for the current month is due.

    Cancelling the direct debit yourself does not count as an official cancellation.

  5. 05

    Care for the equipment

    Please handle the equipment with care:

    • put yoga blocks away after use,
    • stack crash mats carefully — improper stacking can tear and ruin them,
    • roll the gym mats neatly with the brown side out and the black side in,
    • put the resistance bands back in their designated box.
  6. 06

    Exotic groups

    Exotic group participants must clean up shoe marks after themselves so the space stays clean for the next groups. Floor cleaning equipment is under the couch in studio 2 (brown towels and a floor mop).
